- Furnace: Three oil fired rotary furnaces of 500 kg, 250 kg and 150 kg capacity.
- Moulding:
- Five pneumatic machine moulding machines with maximum mould size of 600 mm X 480 mm and 815 mm X 680 mm.
- One shell moulding.
- Hand moulding for large size, low quantity or special casting requirement.
- Surface treatment:
- Turntable type shot-blasting machine.
- Fettling.
